Shipping Policy
Delivery
All our deliveries are made in a sealed package with no mention of the LALAKAYONI website. Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the order process. Shipping fees will be displayed to the customer before any payment.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. The delivery time does not include the order preparation time, which typically takes 48 to 72 hours. The delivery time is an estimate and does not constitute an exact deadline. We cannot be held responsible for supplier stock shortages or delivery delays. In particular, in the event of delays caused by the carrier, regardless of the reason, our responsibility cannot be engaged.
The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the packaging and the compliance of the received products upon delivery.

Shipping Times & Methods
LALAKAYONI is committed to respecting the estimated shipping date provided on the product page of the items ordered.
If multiple items are ordered, the longest delivery time applies.
For example, if you order a duck that ships within 24 hours and a game that ships within 2 to 5 days, your entire order will be shipped within at least 2 to 5 days.
Orders placed with express shipping (Chronopost or Chrono Relais) must be placed before 4 PM and contain products marked “In stock, ships today” to be eligible for next-day delivery.
Orders can be delivered via:

• Colis Privé
• Chronopost
• Mondial Relay
If home delivery is selected and the customer is absent at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left by the postman or courier. The package will remain available at the specified location for 15 days. After this period, the package will be returned to us.
The customer must ensure that the provided delivery address is accurate and sufficient for a successful shipment.
Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
All orders returned by La Poste due to:
• NPAI (Does Not Live at the Indicated Address)
• Incorrect or incomplete address
will be available for 15 days. If the customer wishes to have the package reshipped, they must cover the additional shipping costs.
