Refund Policy
Returns or Refunds
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 15 days (from the date of receipt of the package) to request an exchange or refund of their order. We commit to this, provided that the item is returned to us in its original packaging and accompanied by its invoice at the address provided during the request.
This right of withdrawal is only valid for unused products, returned in their original packaging with all accessories, and neither handled nor charged. More specifically, SexToys must not have been used under any circumstances, and if the packaging has a seal, it must remain intact.
According to the applicable law, the right of withdrawal excludes all items that have been opened and are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, such as underwear, cosmetics, sex toys, etc.
The company reserves the right to refuse the return of a product if hygiene concerns arise regarding the returned item.
Lingerie products must not have been worn (except for fitting, excluding underwear) and must be returned folded. Well-being and Aphrodisiac products must not be opened.
The shipping and return costs are at the customer’s expense, and only the price of the product(s) will be refunded.
If you wish to return your entire order while respecting the return conditions listed in the Terms and Conditions, you must send us a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

This must be accompanied by the invoice, in a sufficiently protected package to qualify for a full refund. If any of these conditions are not met, a full refund cannot be issued.
The product must be returned via Colissimo tracked service from La Poste. We are not responsible for loss or damage to the package during its return.
Defective Products
Any claim for a missing or damaged product in the package must be made by email within 24 hours of receiving the package. No claims will be accepted after this deadline.
The customer must contact our Customer Service to obtain a prepaid return label, which allows us to cover the return costs.
For refunds, we guarantee that they will be issued by check or directly to the credit card used for the purchase within a maximum period of 14 days from the processing date of the return.
Returns are processed within a maximum of 3 weeks from the date the package is received in our warehouse.
Defective products must be returned in the exact condition they were received, along with all components: accessories, packaging, user manual, etc.
These provisions do not prevent you from exercising your right of withdrawal.
Important Notes on Returns & Warranty
If a return does not meet these conditions (damaged or incomplete product, warranty return for a functioning product, etc.), the product will be returned to the customer as is, with the customer responsible for covering the actual return shipping costs, as well as any expenses incurred for the initial return if covered by the company.
Contractual warranties do not cover:
• The replacement of consumables (batteries, bulbs, fuses, antennas, headphones, microphones, wear and tear of reading or recording heads, etc.).
• Abnormal or improper use of the products. We strongly advise carefully reading the user manual provided with the products.
• Malfunctions related to accessories (such as power cables).
• Defects and consequences caused by intervention from an unauthorized repairer.
• Defects and consequences related to non-compliant usage, such as professional or collective use.
• Defects and consequences caused by external factors.
